Brief Biography: Charlie Wall-Andrews is a experienced manager and consultant (specializing in marketing, revenue development, strategy, social responsibility and sustainability). She is a professional member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and Arts Consultants of Canada (ACCA). With a vast amount of management experience, Charlie is currently the Manager of SOCAN Foundation. In 2013, she was awarded Top 40 Under Forty by NOBA. In 2015, she received a Vital People award from the Toronto Foundation, which recognizes leaders for making outstanding contributions to community organizations. She has completed a fellowship in Diversity & Inclusion in Philanthropy with the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Also, she is engaging in a fellowship within the Cultural Leaders Lab, which is led by the Toronto Arts Council and Banff Centre for the Arts. She previously served on the Board of Directors of Choral Canada as the Vice President (Development), and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Work In Culture. On the creative side, Charlie is an orchestral musician, and has freelanced across Ontario. She has performed with the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra, Sault Ste. Marie Symphony, North Bay Symphony, Timmins Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Toronto, Celebrity Symphony, and many more ensembles. Aside from performing music, Charlie is an abstract artist and composer/arranger. She is the recipient of the prestigious Nirvan Bhavan Fellowship and Bill Graham Award (P&R, 2015).
